Eduardo Landa Painter Germany 1979

Eduardo Landa Painter Germany 1979 My work is fundamentally cantered on exploring the human form and character. I find nothingmore interesting than this. I seek to capture the character and essence of thesubject; at other times, I construct a fictitious narrative—developedin collaboration with the subject. In the end, I believe aperson’s character always comes through, but whether that is the case or notthat should not matter on the final result, the work shall speak for it self.I like to believe that the influence of architecture, photography, my cultural background, and personal influences are visiblypresent in my painting style.I intentionally avoid assigning decipherable titles or providing literalexplanations. It is important to me that each viewer approaches the workwithout external guidance, forming their own interpretations based solely onthe visual and emotional experience. Today, discourse, statements, andfabricated personas are often prioritised over the actual work itself. As a result, the constructed “persona” has, regrettably, come to overshadow the truesubstance of what anyone produces.I understand that this approach runs counter to much of the advice commonlygiven to gain visibility.  By https://www.saatchiart.com/en-co/edua...
