Send to: ↓↓↓↓ [email protected] Frozen Egg and Avocado Tempura Bowl (serves 3) 3 frozen eggs (still frozen) 1 avocado Flour (as needed) Tempura batter Tempura flour (50g) 80cc water Oil (as needed) Tempura sauce 60cc noodle soup 60cc water 1 tablespoon mirin 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1. Freeze the eggs overnight or more. The skin will peel off easily when placed under running water. 2. Coat the eggs from step ① lightly with flour. 3. Coat the eggs from step ② with tempura batter (to make it easier to coat). Fry in 160°C oil. Leave untouched for about 3 minutes. 4. When the edges of the eggs have solidified, flip them over and fry for a further 2 minutes before removing. 5. Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed, peel, and cut into 1cm wide pieces. 6. Coat lightly with flour, coat with tempura batter, and fry in 180°C oil for 2 minutes. 7.
