Shall we jump straight into the encouragement? I’m currently onboard a flight to Seattle for a job and don’t have time for chit chat. So buckle up, return your tray table to the locked position and prepare for encouragement. I’ve heard it said that if someone breaks into your house during the day, they want your stuff and if someone breaks into your house during the night, they want your life. So in order to protect ourselves we have security. Cameras, locked doors, defense weapons, big dogs, small dogs, crazy cats, prayer, and more. It’s important that we protect ourselves in ways that will prevent an intruder from causing harm. So how are you doing that spiritually? The Bible says the the enemy comes to steal, kill & destroy. Are you prepared for that? Are you putting a defense up? Or are you leaving your spiritual doors unlocked without any prepared defense for an enemy you know it’s trying to cause havoc in your life? I know it sounds intense but practically we can’t just let things happen to us and be shocked when there is an intrusion...let be proactive. Let’s guard our hearts, our minds and our souls.
