Today, our preschool was filled with positivity, energy, and cheerful smiles as our little learners celebrated International Yoga Day. The children enthusiastically participated in various yoga poses and breathing exercises designed especially for their age group. Yoga is much more than physical exercise—it helps children develop balance, flexibility, focus, and self-control. Through playful yoga activities, our young learners discovered the joy of movement while strengthening their bodies and calming their minds. The session encouraged children to connect with themselves, improve concentration, and build healthy habits from an early age.
