Driving North of Yogyakarta to Mount Merapi - Scenic Drive - Sleman 4K HDR

A morning drive heading north of Yogyakarta City, Indonesia, toward Sleman Regency. Starting from Maguwoharjo, the road gradually leads into the greener and cooler highlands of Cangkringan, with Mount Merapi quietly standing in the distance. This relaxing drive passes village roads and beautiful countryside landscapes. Sleman Regency is located in the northern part of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The region stretches from the slopes of Mount Merapi in the north down to the bustling suburbs of Yogyakarta City in the south. The northern part is roughly triangular, sloping downhill from Mount Merapi at the northern apex, and is bordered by Central Java Province to the west, north, and east. The southern part is dominated by the suburbs of the city of Yogyakarta, notably the densely populated districts of Gamping, Mlati, and Depok, and is bordered by the remaining three regencies, Kulon Progo, Bantul, and Gunung Kidul, as well as the city of Yogyakarta to the south.
