Forging "story", a fully robotic forging line / Kovárenský „příběh“, plně robotická kovací linka.

This is the story of how a metal roller becomes a rotating truck part after passing through a forging line. Starring advanced bin picking, two upgraded presses, induction heating, conveyors and most importantly 6 robots. A story that unfolds from start to finish without human intervention. And also a story that describes how to streamline production, eliminate heavy manual work and reduce the noise level of the operation. A story with a successful ending for both DEL and, more importantly, for our customer - a major European forging company. The first part of the story, advanced bin picking, is worthy of closer mention. In the bin are loose blanks - cylindrical steel sections weighing up to 20 kg. A 3D scanner scans the bin and evaluates which pieces can be picked up. The robot then grabs the selected part, orients it and places it on the conveyor. The hands are replaced by the robot, the eyes are replaced by the 3D scanner. And our engineers have ensured that the eyes and hands communicate well. Future technology DELivered. Tohle je příběh o tom, jak se z kovového válečku po průchodu kovárenskou linkou stane rotační díl nákladního automobilu. V hlavní roli pokročilý bin picking, dva modernizované lisy, indukční ohřev, dopravníky a především 6 robotů. Příběh, který se odehrává od začátku do konce bez zásahu lidské ruky. A také příběh, který popisuje, jak zefektivnit výrobu, odstranit těžkou manuální práci a snížit hlučnost provozu. Příběh s úspěšným koncem jak pro DEL, tak hlavně pro našeho zákazníka – významnou evropskou kovárenskou společnost. Za bližší zmínku stojí první část příběhu, pokročilý bin picking. V zásobníku jsou volně ložené polotovary - válcové ocelové přířezy o hmotnosti až 20 kg. 3D skener oskenuje zásobník a vyhodnotí, které kusy je možno uchopit. Následně robot vybraný díl uchopí, zorientuje a položí na dopravník. Ruce tak nahrazuje robot, oči jsou nahrazeny 3D skenerem. A naši technice se postarali o to, aby spolu oči i ruce dobře „mluvily“.
