Drops of water glisten on their skin from the morning splash. 🐟 The Catch A close-up element showing a hand-woven bamboo basket (bula or jhei) resting on the muddy bank, filled with fresh, glistening local river fish splashing around. ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଗାଁ ଗହଳିରେ ମାଛ ଧରିବା କେବଳ ଏକ ଜୀବିକା ନୁହେଁ, ବରଂ ଏହା ଏକ ପରମ୍ପରା ଏବଂ ଗ୍ରାମ୍ୟ ଜୀବନର ଏକ ବଡ଼ ଆନନ୍ଦ। ବିଶେଷ କରି ବର୍ଷା ଦିନେ ଏବଂ ଶୀତ ଦିନେ ଗାଁ ପୋଖରୀ, ଗଡ଼ିଆ, ନାଳ ଓ ଚାଷ ବିଲରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପାରମ୍ପରିକ ଉପାୟରେ ମାଛ ଧରାଯାଇଥାଏ। ଗାଁରେ ସାଧାରଣତଃ ଯେଉଁ ସବୁ ଦେଶୀ ତରିକାରେ ମାଛ ଧରାଯାଏ, ତାହାର ଏକ ସୁନ୍ଦର ଚିତ୍ର ଏଠାରେ ଦିଆଗଲା: ୧. ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରକାରର ଜାଲ ବ୍ୟବହାର (Net Fishing) ଖେପା ଜାଲ (Cast Net): ଏହା ସବୁଠାରୁ ପ୍ରସିଦ୍ଧ ପଦ୍ଧତି। ମାଛଧରାଳି ମାନେ ଅଣ୍ଟେ ପାଣିରେ ଛିଡ଼ାହୋଇ ଖୁବ୍ ସୁନ୍ଦର ଭାବେ ଗୋଲାକାର ଜାଲଟିକୁ ପାଣିକୁ ଫିଙ୍ଗନ୍ତି। ଜାଲଟି ପାଣିରେ ପଡ଼ିବା ମାତ୍ରେ ତା' ଭିତରେ ଭାକୁର, ରୋହି, ମିରିକାଳି ପରି ବଡ଼ ବଡ଼ ମାଛ ଛନ୍ଦି ହୋଇଯାନ୍ତି। ଟାଣି ଜାଲ ବା ମହାଜାଲ: ଗାଁ ପୋଖରୀରୁ ସବୁ ମାଛ ଏକାଠି ଧରିବା ପାଇଁ ବଡ଼ ଜାଲ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରାଯାଏ। ପୋଖରୀର ଦୁଇ ପଟୁ ୪-୫ ଜଣ ଲୋକ ଜାଲକୁ ଟାଣି ଟାଣି ଆଣନ୍ତି। ଏହାକୁ ଦେଖିବା ପାଇଁ ପୋଖରୀ ହୁଡ଼ାରେ ଗାଁ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଭିଡ଼ ଜମିଯାଏ। ୨. ବାଉଁଶ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ ପାରମ୍ପରିକ ସଞ୍ଜୁକ୍ତ (Bamboo Traps) ଖଇଞ୍ଚି ଓ ଧଉଡ଼ି: ବର୍ଷା ଦିନେ ଯେତେବେଳେ ବିଲରୁ ବଳକା ପାଣି ନାଳ ଦେଇ ବହିଯାଏ, ସେତେବେଳେ ସ୍ରୋତ ମୁହଁରେ ବାଉଁଶରେ ତିଆରି 'ଧଉଡ଼ି' ବା 'ଖଇଞ୍ଚି' ବସାଯାଏ। ପାଣି ସ୍ରୋତରେ ମାଛ ଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଏହା ଭିତରକୁ ପଶିଯାନ୍ତି କିନ୍ତୁ ଆଉ ବାହାରି ପାରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ଏଥିରେ ପ୍ରଚୁର ପରିମାଣରେ ଚେଙ୍ଗ, ଗଡ଼ିଶା, ମାଗୁର ଏବଂ ଚୁନା ମାଛ ଧରାପଡ଼ନ୍ତି। ପ୍ଲୁଆ ବା ପୋଲୁହ: ଏହା ଏକ କୋଣ ଆକାରର ବାଉଁଶ ଟୋକେଇ। ସାଧାରଣତଃ ଖରାଦିନେ ପୋଖରୀ ଶୁଖିଗଲେ, କାଦୁଅ ପାଣିରେ ପୋଲୁହକୁ ଚଟ୍ କିନି କାଦୁଅରେ ମାଡ଼ି ବସାଯାଏ। ଭିତରେ ମାଛ ଛଟପଟ ହେଲେ ଉପର କଣା ଦେଇ ହାତ ପୁରାଇ ମାଛ ବାହାର କରାଯାଏ। ୩. ବଡ଼ଶୀରେ ମାଛ ଧରିବା (Fishing Rod) ଗାଁର ପିଲାଠୁ ବୁଢ଼ା ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କର ଏହା ଏକ ପ୍ରିୟ ସଉକ। ବାଉଁଶ କଞ୍ଚାରେ ସୂତା ଓ ବଡ଼ଶୀ କଣ୍ଟା ବାନ୍ଧି, ସେଥିରେ ଜିଆ (Earthworm) ବା ଅଟା ଗୁଳା ଲଗାଇ ପାଣିକୁ ପକାଯାଏ। ବଡ଼ଶୀ ସୂତାରେ ଥିବା ସୋଲଟି ପାଣି ଭିତରକୁ ବୁଡ଼ିଗଲେ ଜଣାପଡ଼େ ଯେ ମାଛ କଣ୍ଟା ଗିଳି ଦେଇଛି। ୪. ସେଉତିରେ ପାଣି ସେଚି ମାଛ ଧରିବା (Draining Small Ponds) ଗାଁ ଗହଳିର ଛୋଟ ଗଡ଼ିଆ କିମ୍ବା ବିଲ ନାଳରେ ଥିବା ଅଳ୍ପ ପାଣିକୁ କାଠ ବା ଟିଣରେ ତିଆରି 'ସେଉତି' ସାହାଯ୍ୟରେ ସେଚି ଶୁଖାଇ ଦିଆଯାଏ। ପାଣି କମିଗଲେ କାଦୁଅ ଭିତରୁ ଗଡ଼ିଶା, ମୁଆଁ, ଶେଉଳ ଏବଂ କଙ୍କଡ଼ା ଖୋଜି ଖୋଜି ହାତରେ ଧରାଯାଏ। ଏଥିରେ ଗାଁ ସାଙ୍ଗସାଥୀ ମାନେ ମିଶି ଖୁବ୍ ମଜା କରନ୍ତି। Thank You For Watching and Valuable Time Spend With Don't Forget To : Subscribe || Like || Share And Press The 🔔 Bell Icon Button ✅ .
