These chocolate turtles taste just like the classic pecan caramel chocolate candy treats, but are secretly healthier, vegan, and refined-sugar free. 🍫 In this video, I’m showing you how to make a soft date "caramel" and turn it into vegan chocolate turtles with pecans and dark chocolate. No baking required — just a simple date caramel that tastes way more indulgent than you’d expect. If you love healthier dessert recipes that don’t taste “healthy,” this one is a must-try.
