My 250 IQ Traffic Fix... Worked? - Cities Skylines 2

I finally fixed traffic in cities skylines 2... but it drove me completely insane. The traffic AI in this game is just a bit broken. Citizens are literally giving up and walking on the highway. Cars are clipping through solid concrete. It's an absolute disaster. So today I'm taking drastic measures to fix Lithia Bay. Fighting the jank of the simulation and building a ridiculously expensive infrastructure fix just to get the city moving again.
