KOMPAS.TV - The Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus), Febrie Adriansyah, finally appeared in public following searches conducted by the National Police's Corruption Eradication Commission (Kortas Tipidkor) at several locations related to the investigation of three alleged corruption cases. Speaking to reporters at the Attorney General's Office Round Building on Friday afternoon, Febrie confirmed that the house in the Sentul area searched by investigators was his private residence. He stated that the ownership history of the house could be traced back to the beginning. Responding to the discovery of money and gold during the search, Febrie also stated that all assets found had clear owners. He emphasized that this would be explained through applicable legal mechanisms and procedures. Previously, investigators from the National Police's Corruption Eradication Commission (Kortas Tipidkor) confiscated Rp 476 billion in cash and 74 kilograms of gold during a series of searches related to the investigation of three alleged corruption cases.
