Blends tribal atmospheres, medieval instruments, dialogues in Black Speech and immersive sound effects (such as footsteps, fire, and battle noises). The cast features these three musicians themselves, joined by guest vocalist Persson on didgeridoo for track 2 and Eva on track 6. The dramatic voices of The Medusa Choir can be heard on tracks 9 to 11. The 4-page booklet included in a jewel case, contains the original Orcish text along with its translation. It also notes that track 11, "Knish Requiem (Outro)", is a bonus track. The album artwork depicts a dark fantasy scene: marching orcs, armed and moving through ruins or a mysterious forest.
