RUSSIA TARGETS KYIV DESPITE NEW WESTERN SUPPORT Overnight into Tuesday, the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv, came under attack from Russian ballistic missiles and drones, sparking fires in several parts of the city. The attack came in the wake of an announcement from Paris that the Coalition of the Willing will increase its military aid for Ukraine. RUSSIAN LNG EXPORTS UP 16% Ukraine is successfully targeting the Russian oil sector to hinder the country's war efforts. However, Russian LNG continues to make its way to Europe, resulting in a 16% annual increase in total LNG exports, with France emerging as its top EU destination.
