First we change up the warm-up by doing a whirlpool formation and kick off Phase 2 with 6 minutes of Core/Ab Combo's! Starting a workout with abs/core is a RUTHLESS way to increase difficulty of the entire workout ahead. In Phase 3 we do a killer Strength + Cardio COMBO's that will leave everyone sore for day. ***Remember - encourage clients to challenge themselves with their dumbbell weight.
