DRS CLASS 37 SHOOT AT YORK "THE MOVEMENTS"

A Video Tribute to the Celebrity DRS Class 37's which now unfortunately are finished with the TOC on our Network after completing this years Yorkshire RHTT Season. This video depicts the Yard movements and positioning moves needed ready for them to be lined up for that evening's York Thrall Works Class 37 Photo Shoot, i did try to get 37419 doing her cold start but she didn't want to play ball till the afternoon and we were busy cleaning and sprucing the old girls up till sunset so i couldn't record every move that happened. In the Video we see 37407 37419 37422 37425 & Heavy weight 37716 some of them before been cleaned and others already done, the evening purple sky was a fitting Twilight Tribute to the Veteran Type 3's and luckilly the sun stayed out all day for us and which made our jobs easier.... Hope you enjoy this Tribute set and i've added a selection of pictorial photo's at the end from arriving early doors right through till the end of the night. "Special Thanks" goes out too, Chris Gee for organising the event, Matt.S / Smithy for coming in to work on his day off to move the 37's around and in to position, The Team of volunteers who worked extremely hard for two days to get the old ladies looking spectacular and of course the Gents at DRS for allowing this one off event to take part.
