When cruising to Alaska, you want to pick a ship that gives you access the beautiful Alaskan scenery and wildlife, and Norwegian Encore did not disappoint. In this full review, we unpack the food on board, the drinks and drinks packages, the entertainment, and overall ship design. I sailed NCL Encore as a solo cruiser and there was a lot to love.
