Quick garlicky Murukkus, Air Fryer & Deep fry method

Hey guys, this is a quick Murukku recipe. It can be done in just half an hour. There is no powdering or grinding of ingredients. Its just made with store bought rice flour. Ingredients: Rice flour 1.5 cups Besan (Chickpea flour) 1/2 cup Butter or margarine or vegetable shortening 2 tbsps Salt and Chili powder according to personal preference Garlic clove 1, grated Sesame seeds 1 tsp Mix all the ingredients, except oil, along with enough water to form a soft and firm dough. Heat the oil in a deep pan on medium heat. Fill the murukku maker with the dough. You can press out the Murukkus directly into the oil or press out small murukkus on pieces of waxed paper. Carefully slip the Murukkus onto the palm of your hand and drop them into the oil. Fry on both sides until done. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
