The Belt Was The Easy Part

A restaurant AC goes down over the weekend and the dining room is suffering. We open it up and find a broken belt — simple fix, right? Not quite. What we found after the belt is what made this call interesting. Frozen evaporator, worn pulley, low refrigerant, burnt contactors, and a compressor that's trying to tell us something. This unit has been running since 2003 and it's got some decisions to make.
