Ensuring implementation of government health policies at field level. Supporting in identifying issues like absenteeism, underutilization of resources, or misuse of supplies. Preparing basic monthly or weekly performance summaries. Coordinating with District Monitoring Officers or other field officials. Sometimes inspecting vaccination coverage, cleanliness, and medical supplies. 🎓 Qualification Required: Intermediate (FA/FSc) or Bachelor's degree preferred (BA/BSc). IT Skills (Basic knowledge of Android Apps / MS Office). Fieldwork ability (Travel to rural areas). Strong observation and reporting skills. 💰 Salary Package: Approx.
