In episode 119 of Cranberry Sherbet; Başak initially doesn't take her ex-boyfriend's reappearance too seriously, but after encountering him a few more times, she becomes a little tense. Abdullah, while investigating Asil's past, encounters a big surprise. He first shares this with Fatih, then asks Asude if she knows about it. Salkım has slowly started to meddle in everyone's lives. Başak, in particular, is very uncomfortable with this and voices her concerns. Although Kıvılcım doesn't want to, she finally agrees to have a circumcision ceremony for her son due to pressure from everyone. Salkım and Bade handle the organization of the ceremony. Nilay, with Abdullah's permission, sets out to open a gift shop with her mother. Çimen and Emir's relationship is again strained because of Salkım. They have realized that being in love isn't enough. The circumcision ceremony for Ömer and Kıvılcım's son brings everyone together. However, confessions from Bade and then Başak leave their mark on the night. The plot of "Kızılcık Şerbeti" (Cranberry Sherbet) in brief: Kıvılcım (Evrim Alasya), a well-educated, realistic, and modern woman, has stood strong after her divorce and raised her two daughters according to her values. Her younger daughter, Çimen, is still in high school, while her older daughter, Doğa (Sıla Türkoğlu), is studying dentistry at university. Kıvılcım's only wish is to see her children succeed and be happy in the future. She experiences a great disappointment when Doğa marries her boyfriend in her first year of university, and the shock of her life comes when her daughter meets her husband's family. Doğa's husband, Fatih (Doğukan Güngör), comes from a conservative family. Kıvılcım believes her daughter won't be able to get along with such a different family. Doğa, however, believes their love will overcome all differences. "Kızılcık Şerbeti" is a love story caught between two families with the same beliefs but different methods.
