Motorhome Trip to Florence and Hu Firenze Camping (Italy) In the Laika Kosmo Motorhome we head to Hu Firenze Camping, a beautiful campsite on the outskirts of Florence City, Tuscany. On arrival we check in and head to our premium pitch that we pre-booked. We then explore the site, visiting the pool bar and then the site restaurant later that day. The next morning we take the shuttle bus in to Florence, only €3 return each. From there we walked along by the River Arno and headed up to Piazzale Michelangelo to see the copy of David. Then we walked back down and headed to the amazing Piazza della Signoria. We walked around the square, admiring the statues and the Palazzo Vecchio. We walked through the streets and made our way into Piazza Del Duomo and saw the Santa Maria Cathedral. This was very impressive. From there we continued our walk to Holy Cross Square. Another spectacular Square, with a church and various buildings to admire. After several hours sightseeing we headed back to the shuttle bus and enjoyed another meal in the onsite restaurant. We would absolutely recommend this campsite to anyone visiting Florence.
