1043 Recordings were very lucky to have captured a performance from Madame Claude in the Futureworks' Neve VRL studio during their upward trajectory in the nation's music psyche. In the words of Pauline Black, the legendary frontwoman of The Selecter, "The most exciting and original ska band in years!" Meet Madame Claude, a 5-piece band from Saddleworth, mixing ska, rocksteady, reggae and even disco to form their own inimitable style. Having already provided support to 2-tone legends The Selecter and The Beat, as well as other top bands such as Cast, The Dualers, and Bad Manners. They're currently playing venues around the country, from the Northeast down to London. Catch them live when you can.
