Serve hot with toasted almonds. 💡 Tip: For a smoother texture, blend for 20 sec/speed 6-8 before adding the stock and cream. 🍗 CHICKEN OR TURKEY LOAF Ingredients 500 g chicken or turkey breast 1 tablespoon herbes de Provence 1 teaspoon salt Pepper to taste 30 g peanuts 2 tablespoons paprika Preparation Place the chopped chicken or turkey breast, herbes de Provence, salt, pepper, and paprika in the mixing bowl. Blend for 30 seconds/speed 6. Add the peanuts and mix for 15 seconds/speed 6. Place the mixture on cling film and form a tight roll. Wrap it several times to ensure it is completely sealed. Place the roll in the Varoma container. Cook for 30 minutes/Varoma/speed 1. Let it cool completely before slicing. 🐟 SALMON SALAD Ingredients 2 eggs 80g diced carrots (1cm cubes) 300g diced potatoes (1.5cm cubes) 100g fresh green beans (cut into 1cm pieces) 400g fresh salmon fillets, skinless and boneless, seasoned with salt and pepper Mayonnaise to taste Preparation Place the potatoes, green beans, eggs, and meat roll in the Varoma. Once the time is up, remove the meat roll and eggs, program for another 10 minutes, and then add the salmon. Flake the salmon and mix with the cooked vegetables and eggs. Add mayonnaise to taste and refrigerate until ready to serve. ❄️ Perfect for summer days.
