This should be pretty similar to all the Z5 variants like the compact. The biggest thing to watch out for is breaking the back glass of the phone. Once you have that off of the device, you just need to not damage any of the ribbon cables or components on the motherboard. If you are going to remove the battery, be VERY careful that you don't damage your screen. Especially if it is still working.
