Warsaw finally has a proper Christmas market. Over 100 food and merchandise stalls were set up on the rebuilt Parade Square, right in front of the Palace of Culture and Science. We were most intrigued by the wide selection of Asian flavors, from mochi to sushi to onigiri. Instead of obvious choices like a slice of bread with lard or bigos, we decided to explore the less obvious and more surprising.
