45 minute Little Ninjas Class at Red Peak Gym

This demonstrates a full 45min class environment, showing coaches how to better help each individual athletes' progress, while recognizing each athlete at their own personal level. Class can be emotional and challenging, especially through strength and flexibility portions of class. When athletes become emotional, it is important to recognize their struggle & have a moment to discuss things. Usually an athlete that continues crying throughout class (as seen in this case,) is being pushed above their comfort level. I rewarded the class' efforts and commitment to participation with a free turn on the tramp, then finished with a team cheer and reward (i.e. treat, stickers, stamp on hand, or prize from the bin, etc).
