Ingredients: • For the chicken mixture: • 2 chicken fillets • 4 eggs • 200 g sour cream • 100 g green olives • Salt, paprika, black pepper • 100 g mozzarella • Vegetable base: • 500 g potatoes, cooked (20 min.) • 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 150 g mushrooms • 20 g butter, 200 ml milk • Topping: • 1 tomato • Remaining mozzarella (100 g) Preparation: 1. Cut the chicken into small pieces and mix with the eggs, sour cream, olives, and seasonings. 2. Boil the potatoes and place them in a casserole dish. 3. Sauté the onions, garlic, and mushrooms. 4. Layer everything in the dish. 5. Top with tomato slices, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 40 minutes.
