Tracking storms moving through parts of central Ohio | Live radar, weather updates

Thunderstorm chances return to the area starting late Friday and lasting through the weekend. Not everybody will get a storm, and even for those who do, there will be a lot of dry time this weekend. If you have outdoor plans, though, stay weather-aware and stay indoors if you hear thunder. Lightning is dangerous, especially with all the outdoor activities going on. WX UPDATES: https://www.10tv.com/article/weather/... We have a 20% chance for late-day thunderstorms across Central Ohio on Friday. Most of them will be north of I-70, and a couple could be severe with gusty winds. Chances for scattered storms increase on Saturday and Sunday. Most of these will be in the afternoon and evening, driven by the heat of the day. Once again, a few of these could be strong enough to produce gusty winds. Our 10 Weather Impact team will continue to track the heat and humidity, as well as thunderstorm chances, through the 4th of July holiday weekend.
