NYCT Subway: R211A (D) Train Action in the Bronx via Concourse Express (Second Day of Service)

Taken 7/2/26 between Kingsbridge Road and 145th Street, with a quick clip at Fordham Road. Seen here is a 10-car train of Kawasaki R211As (#3750-3754 & #3870-3874) running on the (D) line between Norwood - 205th Street and Coney Island - Stillwell Avenue. Today was the second day that new technology trains have been assigned to the (D) line. As of noon today, there are three R211As on the (D) making their way between Norwood and Coney Island. This train was the last AM express train in the Bronx – this train stops at Kingsbridge Road, Fordham Road, Tremont Avenue, 145th Street, and then resumes normal express service to Brooklyn.
