“Four years is not enough”: Ex-FCT Minister Applauds Wike’s Abuja Projects

A former Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Aliyu Modibbo, has praised Nyesom Wike’s performance, describing him as one of the top-performing FCT ministers and commending his infrastructure drive in Abuja. The former minister highlighted the work of previous FCT leaders, including AVM Hamza Abdullahi and General Gado Nasko, while calling for the restoration of the FCT’s 1% allocation from the Consolidated Revenue Fund to support further development across the territory. He also praised President Bola Tinubu for giving Wike the support and trust needed to execute major projects, saying the FCT still requires more investment in transportation, regional development and infrastructure.
