Hi, our 10th episode aired today. It's a huge step for me. You may not know, but this girl has a slight attention deficit disorder. Unfortunately, like many of you, I can't keep my focus and enthusiasm on one thing, so episode 10 was precious to me. Now I need to set a new goal so I can keep going. Normally, I aim for episode 100, but I'm afraid I'll give up because it's too far away, so I decided to set 17. 20 seems a bit irritating to me, so I'm not. Anyway, this part has nothing to do with the video. It's 5:00 a.m., and I vowed not to go to bed without scheduling this video. Anyway, in today's video, I wanted to revisit that precious topic, which I only had 15 minutes to devote to when I first started this series, but with a more psychological perspective.
