Long Live the King, produced by Lennie Little-Whyte, features the life of NDTC's Co-Founder and past Artistic Director Prof. Rex Nettleford (3 February 1933 - 2 February 2010). He was also a noted Jamaican scholar, social critic, cultural philosopher, choreographer, dancer and Vice Chancellor of the University of the West Indies.
