Healthy High Protein Dinner! Delicious! Sausage Shrimp Vegetables Rice!

Im so excited to share this cooking video with you! I absolutely love to eat vegetables sauteed with some kind of protein! Tonight I made my vegetable stir fry and then browned up some turkey sausage and some shrimp and then made a quick little fried rice! Oh my gosh it was so delicious! Good amount of protein from the egg in the rice plus the sausage and shrimp! I've lost over 43 pounds since starting my weight loss journey in October 2025. Its going slower now but thats ok! I am still keeping up with my healthy eating and trying to make healthy changes! Hope you decide to share my journey with me!
