Synopsis :- Mohit (Jeetendra) and Rohit (Chunkey Pande) attain their youth while working in a motor garrage right from their childhood. In order to achieve this he entices Romu(Varsha Usgaonkar into the nest of his love, but this dreams are shattered to smithrenes when he finds out that Romu is poor as himself and is also nursing the same desire as his own. . On the other had Mohit has burning desire is to grind Kamal Rai (Sadashiv Amprapurkar) to dust because he has taken over the entire welath of Rohits father after murdering and is enjoying it unlawfully . During Mohits revengeful persuit he is joined by Vinni(Shakti Kapoor) and Reema Devi (Reema Lagoo) who are the victims of Kamal Rais villany. . Now the destiny plays its hand Kamal Rai is reunited with his lost son, who happens to be none other but Rohit whos desire to be come a multi millionaire is now fully filled, but to regain this entire wealth is the sole aim of Mohits life. To achieve this he successful wins the heart of Teja (Jaya Prada) who is the daughter of Kamal Rai. Rohit becomes a formidable obstacle between the two lovers & wants to eliminate Mohit. .
