What is this video about? In this episode, we return to the vlog format and travel from Phnom Penh via Sihanoukville to Koh Rong Island to show how one of Cambodia's most interesting investment regions is changing. This is the second part of a vlog from the Kong MMA project, in which we check on construction progress, visit villa plots, discuss the island's tourism potential, and show why this area could become one of the strongest points on the Cambodian investment map. We begin by showing the route to Koh Rong: the ferry crossing, Long Set Beach, first impressions of the island, and what it's like to be a place that welcomes tourists in the middle of a European winter with a paradise beach, warmth, and a completely different rhythm of life. The film shows Koh Rong not just as a vacation destination but as an island still writing its own story. One of the main topics is the construction of Kong MMA, a large sports complex being built near beaches, resorts, and villa projects. Dave Leduc, who moved to the island to be close to the project, oversee the details, and co-create a destination that will attract people from all over the world, appears in the episode. We'll be discussing the training rooms, restaurant, reception, facilities for athletes, bungalows, saunas, swimming pools, and spa area. We also show the second phase of the villas: 20 luxurious villas with sea views, private pools, and close access to Kong MMA and Pagoda Beach. In the video, we explain why the location is crucial: proximity to the main road, beaches, resorts, sports facilities, and tourist infrastructure makes this area potentially one of the most attractive destinations on the entire island. The ecosystem concept is a key theme. It's not just about a single villa or resort, but about creating a place where you can train, relax, eat, enjoy the beach, rent luxury villas, and spend time in better conditions than typical island accommodations. It's this combination of sports, tourism, real estate, and lifestyle that will build the value of this location. The episode also takes a look at Satoshi Paradise, a hotel project whose sales are handled by Relocatify, and Prek Svay Village, a less touristy fishing village where Koh Rong's more natural side is still visible. Natural Kitchen, a local spot run by a Frenchman and his Khmer family, also features, showing that the island is not just about construction and investment, but also about the people, food, and everyday life. This film is for those who want to see Koh Rong from the inside: not only the beautiful beaches and holiday atmosphere, but also the process of developing new projects, the scale of change, and the impact of investments on the local community. We show how Poles are co-creating the island's tourism future, while also emphasizing that Koh Rong still has wild beaches, jungles, waterfalls, and places that have retained their original character.
