Backpacking Gear: My Top 3 Camping Saws

In this video, I talk about the 3 Saws I have used while backpacking and camping. They all have pros and cons including reliability, price, and weight. I also talk about which one of the three is my favorite. The first one, the Coghlans Sierra Saw is perfect for its weight and price, but less so on reliability as the blade tends to bind and bend too much. The second one, the Sven Saw, is great for weight and price but is more difficult to use based on how you set it up and the possible damage it could cause to your backpack while in transit. The third one, the Agawa Canyon Boreal 21 is heavy, expensive, but reliable and easy to set up quickly. Plus it will cut a bigger diameter of wood for the winter campfires. The thing to remember when choosing a saw is obviously how you intend to use it but also how much you want to pay and how much weight you want to carry. Hopefully, I have shown you three good options. There are other options out there but these are the ones I have explored so far. These are great for processing firewood.
