Knead for 8 to 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and not very sticky (it should pull away from the sides of the bowl). Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill for at least 6 hours. The next day, the dough should double in size. Remove the plastic wrap. Transfer the dough to a floured work surface, knocking back any excess air. Divide the dough into 20 equal-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet, leaving plenty of space between them. Moisten them by placing a bowl of boiling water under the baking sheet and baking in the oven at 30°C for 1.5 hours. Brush with egg yolk or melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for 13 to 15 minutes at 190°C. Cut your burger buns in half and fill them with burger meat and cheese! Or any other food of your choice. Ground Meat: In a bowl, combine 350g of ground meat with 1 onion, 1 egg, paprika, chili pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together and form 20 balls, which you will then bake and use to fill the buns! Enjoy your meal!
