FL2K 2024 1/4 Mile Racing AWD Celica Stick Shift Street Class

It was a fun weekend cut short by weather. We were anticipating a well prepped track so we made some adjustments to prevent breaking at the line. Made one qualifying pass in between all the delays, ran a 9.47 @ 149, so qualified 9th I did a test shift to 5th to see how the boost would recover…Not so well because I short shifted 4th and the rpm drop was too low. Our 60’ was 1.49, just a little off from our PB so far. It also looked like we were getting a little wheel hop in the front, so we made some more adjustment for the next qualifying round, but it never happened. The next morning they were going straight into elimination, and I was paired up against number 8 which turned out to be Kyle in his red H22 Civic, he cut a 1.3 vs my 1.5 and it was over. Lol. So now we have some good data and we’ll be working on getting better 60’s
