I had two final exams that I'd barely studied for so here's me cramming them in the midst of a packed day of lectures, lab work and working a shift. This semester has genuinely been one of my FAVORITE semesters of all times. I lucked out heavyyy with the courses I took and more importantly, the professors I had. I'm going to miss going to their lectures, and the little routines around that: walking through the cold to class, grabbing a seat in the same spot every other day, and laughing at my profs' millennial af jokes. I always try to balance the grind with some actual self care for my brain's sake: eating real meals when I can, forcing myself to sleep at the very least three hours, etc etc. If you're exam season, let this be your reminder to drink water, move a little, and rest when you can. You don't have to destroy yourself to do well. In fact I'd argue it's insanely counterproductive to do so. Good luck on everything! Rooting for you guys always.
