El vocho NO necesita esto - VochoTalacha

Hey, friends of VochoTalacha? In today's video, we'll learn why the Beetle doesn't need a Ford solenoid to solve ignition problems. Many Beetle owners run into the classic problem of the Beetle not cranking or only making a "click" when we turn the key. When we take it to the shop, the electricians usually install a relay, solenoid, piglet, or whatever you call it, that was used in Ford vehicles, which did require this part due to the design of the ignition circuit or starter motor. But installing this part without first diagnosing the actual fault is incorrect, as there may be problems with the wiring or the Beetle's ignition switch. It's a good idea to install a relay in the Beetle's ignition circuit as long as the wiring is in good condition or has been replaced, as this helps preserve the integrity of the Beetle's ignition switch and its wiring. However, installing a Ford relay or solenoid is unnecessary because the part is designed to handle or control a circuit with an electrical load of hundreds of amps, while the Beetle's starter solenoid or motor draws less than 30 amps. Therefore, simply install a common 4- or 5-prong relay and connect it according to the diagram included in this video.
