Will Our Custom M715 Jeep Kaiser Suspension Actually Hold?

We are finally getting the Spartan back on all fours! To get our M715 Jeep Kaiser rolling for the first time in over a year, the game plan is all about fabrication and welding - which naturally turns into a friendly "weld-off" to see who can lay down the better bead. We're focusing on three major goals: routing a custom exhaust system, using 3D-printed mockups to design and weld a stronger rear suspension setup, and patching some serious floor rust so we can finally get the chassis back on the frame where it belongs. It’s a massive push to turn this project into a rolling chassis, settle a classic shop debate, and get this rig one step closer to the trails. PARTS USED IN THIS EPISODE P.O.R.
