WM: Volvo / Heil F5000 Garbage Truck

The Town of Maricopa AZ is compromised near entirely of HOAs, where each HOA negotiates rates and bulk services independently. Some HOAs have monthly on-call bulk, while others, such as this one, have scheduled quarterly bulk pickups. For whatever reason, WM schedules bulk services exclusively on Saturdays. Because of that, and generally the on-call services are scheduled through the Tucson office as well as lack of rear loaders in Google Maps photos of the Maricopa yard, I was under the impression bulk trucks came from Tucson. Evidently that wasn't the case, and Maricopa has these two rear loaders (the F4000 was broken down and only drove by, no footage) for bulk. Definitely was a pleasant surprise.
