Minera Circular Walk - Walk in North Wales

Hello everyone and welcome to North Wales Walkalong and this video of the Circular walk in Minera filmed in January 2025! Minera has a lot of things on this walk like the Minera Lead Mines the quarry and the views towards Wrexham and the surrounding areas so lets get into the video! The 1st section of the video is the Minera Lead Mines opened in 1845 until it closed in 1914! We continue on with the walk on this crisp cold January day towards the Minera Quarry there are so many different routes around this part! It was a drop in a Ocean with what I walked during this circular walk around Minera! At the top of the Quarry there was excellent views of the workings at the quarry! On we go off the Quarry trail and we head towards Esclusham Viewpoint once there I follow a path that goes uphill following the path this takes you to a sort of landscape that is like the moon but once you see the wonderful views of Wrexham from the top, it is an incredible view with views towards the Wirral in the West you can also pick out Helsby Hill & Cheshire the moment of the walk! On the way back now towards the Minera Lead Mines I tried to use the road as little as possible and get back on the footpaths towards the car park finding a path which heads towards the farm after that it was back the same way starting the walk at Minera!
