Play with others locally or online, and team up with them to save the Blossom Kingdom from Bowser's clutches, or enjoy enhanced solo gameplay by going online. LOCAL PLAY (2-4 PEOPLE) Gather up to three friends for a blast on the same console! Play cooperatively, revive the spirits of players in trouble, or, if someone is controlling a Yoshi, hop on its back to be carried around the level. ONLINE PLAY (2-4 PEOPLE) Create an online room for up to 12 people and invite your friends to join in the fun! Play levels as usual to collect Wonder Seeds, or turn any level into a race and compete to see who can reach the goal first. BONDING ONLINE When you play online, you'll encounter levels with silhouettes from the past and special panels placed by players from around the world! Tap them to revive if you've transformed into a spirit, or leave your own panel to lend a helping hand. You'll earn Heart Points when you help someone playing online! NEW POWER-UPS AT YOUR REACH In addition to classics like the Super Mushroom, Fire Flower, and Super Star, Super Mario Bros. Wonder features cool new power-ups! Get ready for three brand-new transformations that will come in handy when you take on Bowser and his minions. Elephant Girl: Transform into an elephant! Blob Flower: Shoot bubbles to trap your enemies! Champitaladro: Hide underground (or even on the ceiling)! BADGES TO GIVE AND TAKE Badges are key to unlocking unique abilities and rewards that can be used in each level. You can earn badges by completing badge challenges or purchase them from certain Poplin shops scattered around the map. You can equip one badge per level, even when playing with others.
