Raiden Envisaged Echoes - C0R0 F2P Guide, Missing Artifact

I removed Raiden's flower, even though my build is not good to begin with, to show that it's perfectly doable even with a horrible build, with F2P. This rotation is very consistent even against PMA, unless maybe you get the Jellyfish because it can throw off the timing. I am not a Raiden main, and I'm sure this rotation can be improved, maybe even a lot. Edit - so apparently my N1C combos were messed up because I was canceling them too early, so it was a DPS loss. Don't do my combos lol, just stick with N1C without dashing or N3C stuff. Key ideas: (1) Pre-cast Sara's skill to make batterying faster. Note that she has to the Charge shot which will explode and generate electro particles. (2) Always line up Raiden's burst with the buff duration - the cooldowns match perfectly. (3) Kill the spawn with Raiden's burst. This removes most of the RNG there. (4) Use high crit rate - if I had a flower I would just stack a ton of crit rate. (5) In between Raiden's burst, do Chevy+Thoma burst/skill (for Chevy the skill should be held and aimed, in order to grant her passive buff) to max out Raiden's resolve and damage. Last is Sara who will buff Raiden. Lastly, if your build is just very weak (even weaker than mine without flower) it just may not be possible yet - you may need to raise talent levels, or farm a better artifact set, etc. There is a minimum damage threshold you need and it's not exactly trivial.
