Mirza Ghassemi (Smoked Eggplant with Tomato, Garlic & Egg) - Cooking with Yousef

Hi friends, today we are going to make another food from the Northern Region of Iran called "Mirza Ghassemi" (میرزاقاسمی) which is Smoked Eggplant with Tomatoes, Garlic and Eggs. This is a simple vegetarian dish with lots of flavor and can be served as an appetizer like a dip or eaten with rice or bread as a meal anytime of the day.
