Mechanicsburg - Lancaster, PA via PA 581 East/I-83 North/I-283 South/PA 283 & US 30 East

Starting out on PA 581 East from Exit 4, then getting onto I-83 North, passing by the State Capitol of Harrisburg, then getting onto I-283 South, then getting onto PA 283 East, leaving Dauphin County and entering Lancaster County, then getting onto US 30 East, and ending at Greenfield Road. Updates in this one: 1. The PA 283 reconstruction project is now complete, with its bridges fully rebuilt and the roadway itself reconstructed. The Highspire interchange reconstruction is now completed also. 2. The grooving on PA 283 between the Lancaster County line and Ridge Road has been patched over.
