Sure, SUPER73 blew it out of the park with their marketing but they skimped on the quality. They also have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Why spend all that money just to be forgotten about as a customer after the sale to fend for yourself trying to fix all the issues you're having with the bike. Ariel Rider puts just as much quality into their bikes as they do their customer support. You'll never meet a team more dedicated to its riders that want to make sure their customers are happy and enjoying their eBike they purchased with their hard earned money. If you do happen to run into any issues, their number one priority is to get you back up and riding as soon as possible.
