Tragedy & Triumph - An American Robin Documentary Beginning in April of 2012 I began recording nests that were built on my porch light with a high-definition web cam. By July of 2013 I had collected hours upon hours of footage equating to well over 200GB of data. Initially this was only an experiment, but halfway through 2013 I decided I wanted to make a documentary that was not only entertaining but educational as well. Reviewing the footage, sequencing scenes, writing the script, narrating and publishing the video took me well over 100 hours of my own personal time. I have a lot of pride in this video and while I'm not an ornithologist I did my best to conduct research to ensure the information presented is as accurate as possible.
