ICON Kit Hack #1 — Small Case, Big Capability

Harbor Freight’s ICON 1/4” General Service Set is already a nice compact kit, but I wanted to make it more useful for the way I actually work. In this video, I’m starting the ICON Hacks series by modifying the 1/4” General Service Kit: removing the SAE socket block, swapping in a G2 ratchet, adding bit-driver capability, compact pliers, a light, knife, mini pry bar, gloves, and a few other small tools that make the kit much more capable. I’m also covering the Cool Tool of the Day: the Vessel ratcheting screwdriver.
