Founded in 1992, Saya Ichikawa has been providing human resources support to the construction industry for nearly 30 years. She holds qualifications including a Class 1 Civil Engineering Construction Supervisor and a Dam Supervisor, among others. Saya Ichikawa Born in 1990, she hails from downtown Tokyo. This is her sixth year at Rise. She joined the company with no prior experience in the construction industry and spent two years working on civil engineering sites. She is currently in charge of training at the head office. She loves new things and has a passion for the latest products and technologies. Her favorite diagram is the "road profile." After graduating from Fukushima University, she worked in sales and public relations at a venture company. After studying abroad as a student, she decided to spend her twenties broadening her horizons. She has learned about the construction world and is currently studying. Her goal is to pass the Class 2 Construction Supervisor certification. Yasumasa Katsuragawa Born in 1992, raised in Gifu, studied in Yamanashi, and started working in Chiba. This is his fourth year at Rise, where he joined as a new graduate after a second year of university. After working on a new reinforced concrete apartment building construction site, he transferred to the head office and is in charge of recruiting and career advisory. He's overwhelmingly architecture-oriented. He's very particular about strange things.
